About The Studio
Studio Weave is more than a practice—it’s a quiet exploration of material, light, and the stories spaces can tell. Founded in 2021, we believe in design that listens to its place, reflects its purpose, and resonates with the people who inhabit it.
Every project—be it a weekend retreat, a compact home, or a creative workspace—is shaped through a mindful, research-driven process. We don't design spaces merely for their looks—but for how they feel, how they age, and how they quietly grow with their users.
The way we think-
Rooted in context: We begin with what’s already there—landscape, history, climate—and let that guide our design logic.
Crafting through detail: From materiality to joinery to light, every decision honours both utility and poetry.
Character in restraint: Rather than elaborate gestures, we aim for clarity—simple forms that carry an emotional weight.
We design across scales and typologies: intimate holiday homes, elegant residences, collaborative workspaces, and sculptural architectural forms. Yet, whether large or small, each project carries a consistent ethos: built with clarity, layered with meaning.
Studio Leadership_About Rajvi Doshi
I completed my Bachelor’s in Architecture from Mumbai University, and my journey since then has spanned both large-scale architecture and detail-driven interiors.
I began my career at Horizon Architects, where I worked on big-scale projects and learnt how buildings interact with their context and the larger urban fabric. Later, my time with Shamika Desai introduced me to interiors, where I discovered the beauty of detail and the nuances that truly bring a space to life. In 2022, I took the next step and founded StudioWeave, as a way to bring together everything I had learnt across scales and disciplines.
This combination of experiences allows me to move fluidly between designing bold, large-scale structures and crafting interiors with precision and sensitivity. At StudioWeave, I bring these perspectives together to create spaces that are ambitious in thought yet deeply personal in the way they are lived and experienced.
